Heliosoph builds camera inspection stations for manufacturers. They read the parts coming off your line, reject the bad ones, and warn you when a process starts to wander.
The math of an escape
On many floors, quality means checking 5 parts out of a 5,000-piece run. Every part between those checks ships on faith.
One bad part found on a customer's assembly line turns into sorting, containment, chargebacks, and a corrective action report. Let it happen twice and the account itself is at risk.
Tooling wears. Temperature moves. A process can walk out of tolerance mid-shift, and by the time anyone measures a sample, hours of scrap are already in the bin.
What a station does
Show the station a handful of good parts, at your line. It learns what right looks like in minutes, with no programming on your side.
It inspects parts as they come off the machine and judges each one pass or fail, with the reading recorded for every part it sees.
When readings begin to trend, it flags the drift early, while the fix is still an adjustment and the scrap is still a handful.
A real reading
A #8 brass washer we crushed in a vise on purpose. The station reads the bore the way a pin gauge would, maps the damage around the full circle, and separates a loose burr from true deformation. This page comes straight from the station's report.

Where this goes
Sampling tells you about the five parts you checked. Heliosoph stations are built for the line itself: inspect all, or nearly all, of the parts you make, without adding an inspector to do it. We are looking for manufacturers who want to run that line first. If that is you, the pilot gets built around your parts.
Tell us what you make. I will come to your facility, pick up a handful of parts, and run them on a Heliosoph station.
Within days you get a written report of what the station saw, with readings like the one above. No cost, no obligation, and the report is yours either way.
